Project Tycho provides open global health data through three channels:

  • Pre-compiled datasets: 360 datasets of case counts for 92 conditions within the United States, and for dengue-related conditions globally
  • Compile your own: a search interface for compiling data related to 92 health conditions in 99 countries
  • Application programming interface: an API for enabling data access for computer programs

Project Tycho's datasets use a standardized data format and are described using the DATS and DataCite XML metadata formats in order to make the data findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable.
